A year has passed since the Palemare Fire. While Amazonia has enjoyed the calm, Queen Luna Raybrandt has dispatched one of her best scouts, Lily, a brown haired female agreian elf in her late thirties with dark skin and grey eyes, to investigate a series of disturbing rumors from Tash'Gerran. Most of the entail of a frighteningly powerful monster over throwing it's emperor in a single bloody day. It seemed preposterous but so many of them for so long warranted an investigation, to get proof against if nothing else.
Lily was expecting to find guards and servants crawling all over a well fortified palace in the heart of Tash'Gerran's capitol. Instead she found a palace the size of a city! Streets and buildings were built inside it so the interior layout was that of one in it's outer ring. It didn't take her long to learn that most of the residents belonged to the crown but that wasn't too surprising. The interior ring however confused her. It resembled the interior of a palace just sized for someone roughly four times her size. The guards and servants working in it are nothing special. She hasn't seen or heard any evil giants around such as the traitor sphinx or an arch crystallin, though now that she things about this place would be a bit small for them. Maybe the emperor just has an ego.
She eventully finds the throne room which was unique in it's own right. It was a vast semicircular room that had two floors. The first had some ornate decorations but the only furniture had a massive throne that was scaled even bigger than the previous rooms. In fact she guess it was built for someone roughly fifty feet tall. If someone that size were to sit on the throne they would be looking down on the second floor which she assumes is full of seats all facing the throne as she can see the top row from down here. She mutters to herself "I still haven't seen the 'monster' but something big resides here." She hears a voice from behind her. "Well if it isn't a mite from Amazonia." Lily whirls around and is face to face with the knee of a giant. She slowly looks up to see Rena Palemare! The whites of her eyes has turned black and looks like a flame serves as an iris but it's her. Lily stutters "R-Rena? How!?!" Rena chuckles "I guess the mites kept my return from death a secret. I bet they also kept it under wraps that the holy elixir made me this size too. Am I right?" Lily exclaims "what?! How?" Rena says "Isn't it obvious? I'm just superior." Lily pulls out her dagger but can't help from trembling with fear. Rena says amused "Little small isn't it? Here let me give you a chance." Rena seems to warp and wobble all over as she shrinks to the size of a normal human. She crosses her arms and smugly says "well come on. You won't get a better chance" Lily rushes forward and thrust the dagger in Rena's Eye. Lily leaves the dagger embedded in Rena's skull as she takes a few steps back. Black veins worm around the dagger from her bloodless wound. Soon the dagger crumples as the veins wrapped around it pull it into Rena and the wound seals as it she was never stabbed. Rena cockily grins "thanks for the snack mite." Rena's eyes flash green as a gust of wind flings lily across the room. Lily looks up in horror as Rena warps and wobbles again growing to her giant size. Lily begs "please spare me. I'm sorry. I have a brother back..." Rena picks up Lily by her hair. Lily yelps in pain. Rena says "Don't worry. you'll live. Your just going to tell Amazonia what ever I want when I'm done with you." She laughs as she carries Lily away.
