The moon was high as Countess Coldreach is going over various notes that Tanaroch had given her in her home. Her husband, Marcus, enters the room saying "Ah there you are are." She looks up from the notes and says "Hello dear. How was your trip to Icewell Village? He replies "Not to bad. The village elder though raised concerns about a group that had been using magic to dig a tunnel north of the village. I think it is just some miners being a big over zealous." the countess's face grows serious "Which direction were they digging?" "East I think." She asks "how long ago did they start?" A bit taken aback at how serious she is "A couple of weeks ago. Why is that a..." the countess counts him of and speaks with authority "Grab the kids and head to the garrison. Tell them to send a squad to the Deepmines grave site." Marcus goes to carry out his wife's command as Rachel heads to the stables.
The countess knocks three times on the door of a humble looking house in the country side. she hears a man's voice say "Who fears the loss of the sun?" "The moon that chases it." the door opens to reveal a man with sharp-eyes which glow grey, short blond hair, and he clearly is not native to any nation on Imorkalus. He says "What do you need boss? I was just..." Coldreach cuts him off "forget Rena's grave. head to the town of Palemare delaying only long enough to take Sin and Wrath with you." She turns to get back on her horse as the man asks "Are you implying she has already left her grave?" Coldreach answers "I'm positive. I sent more knights to check the grave just incase but I will not take chances with her" "Why go to that town though?" She says with disgust "Because that vial creature will want to reclaim a woman named Lu Greenfire that she views as property. No more questions Pride. Move!" She gallops off hoping she's wrong.
