Oka Ador

Oka Ador was a magnificent city situated on Sonvahar, the southern island of Awaoka. The city is now more commonly known as 'the Lost City of Oka'. It was a beacon of cultural heritage and technological advancements that also served as a repository of Awaoki history.

Technology

The city was able to thrive by creating and utilizing innovative irrigation and farming systems. Through these systems, Oka Ador was able to have a constant and reliable supply of water. The city became largely self-sustaining through these meticulously planned irrigation channels and aqueducts which nourished the many orchards and fields.
  Through the continuous development of agricultural techniques, the citizens of Oka Ador discovered the ideal conditions for nurturing silk worms and fostering the growth of the finest silk threads. Skilled weavers transformed the silk threads into beautiful garments. These masterpieces showcased intricate patterns and exquisite craftsmanship, and were incredibly soft. Some think that these silks were used to created magically infused garments through Transcendental Weaving. However, no known garments that exemplify this distinctive weaving style have survived the passage of time or perhaps were lost with the city's tragic fate.

Magitech

Oka Ador thrived through technology, but became prosperous by studying and unraveling the sacred Astran texts that were left behind in Awaoka by previous cultures. These texts held the knowledge of profound arcane secrets and forms of enchantment. It is thought that the earliest forms of Magitech were created within the city of Oka Ador. They were able to fuse the power of the arcane with technology and engineering. This approach allowed the city's inhabitants to further enhance their technological marvels and improve their quality of life incredibly.

Lost across Dimensions

Shortly after the Night without Stars, the city of Oka Ador disappeared from the material plane of existence. It is believed that the city's extensive use of Magitech resulted in the Dimensional Fracture which caused its fate. This fracture transported the entire city to an unknown realm and although it is not completely clear if the city still exists in any way, some scholars believe it is trapped in a perpetual state of dimension-hopping. They theorize that the citizens, and those who may enter the city if they find it on a remote plane of existence, will find themselves unable to leave, forever locked in by arcane powers, while the city continues to journey through different dimensions.
